Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, one with beaten eggs, and one with crushed pretzels mixed with cheddar cheese.
Cooking
  1. Dip each chicken breast in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with the pretzel mixture.
  2. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine melted cheddar cheese and mustard until smooth.
