Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and egg together. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the mixture, then coat it in pretzel crumbs.
