  • 1 piece onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning You can make your own if needed.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 pieces tortillas Serve warm.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken strips, bell peppers, onions, olive oil, and fajita seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
