  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 piece onion, chopped
  • 2 pieces carrots, chopped
  • 2 pieces celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 package biscuits
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, onion, carrots, celery, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through.
  2. Shred the chicken and stir in biscuit pieces.
  3. Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes until biscuits are cooked.
  4. Serve hot.

Notes

Serve hot, directly from the slow cooker for a perfect family gathering dish. Customize with herbs or extra vegetables as desired. For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage.
