Preparation
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, onion, carrots, celery, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken and stir in biscuit pieces.
- Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes until biscuits are cooked.
- Serve hot.
