Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the chopped potatoes and green beans on top of the chicken.
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, olive oil, and chicken broth.
- Pour the garlic-herb broth mixture over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Serving
- Serve warm and enjoy the hearty meal.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the garlic and herbs for a few hours before cooking. Add red pepper flakes for heat. Swap out vegetables as desired.
