Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  2. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir it back into the sauce.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  4. Serve the honey garlic chicken over the noodles and garnish with chopped green onions.
