Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  3. Pour the honey mustard mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the chicken is tender.
  5. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
