Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.

  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks and mix it back into the sauce.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal, and pair with steamed vegetables. For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for hours or overnight. You can also add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli to the slow cooker. Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of honey.
