  • 4 ounces ramen noodles Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil Adds flavor to the dish.

Cooking
  1. In a pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  2. Add the chicken thighs and soy sauce, cooking until the chicken is browned.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
  4. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Slice the chicken and add it back to the pot, mixing well.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Add chili flakes if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. When reheating, add a splash of water or broth to keep it moist.
