- In a pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the chicken thighs and soy sauce, cooking until the chicken is browned.
- Pour in the chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Slice the chicken and add it back to the pot, mixing well.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Add chili flakes if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. When reheating, add a splash of water or broth to keep it moist.
