Method

  1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
  5. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When ready to eat, reheat on the stove with a little water or broth to loosen it up. Feel free to add vegetables like spinach, bok choy, or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
