  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil Used for sautéing.
  • 4 cups broth (chicken or vegetable) Base of the ramen.
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or sweetener Balances the flavors.
  • 2 pieces green onions (for garnish) Chopped for serving.
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish) Optional for garnish.
  • 2 pieces soft-boiled eggs (optional) For serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a pot, heat sesame oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
Cooking
  1. Stir in chili paste, soy sauce, and sugar, then add the broth and bring to a boil.
  2. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with green onions, sesame seeds, and a soft-boiled egg if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container, keeping broth separate from noodles to maintain texture. Reheat broth and add noodles just before serving. Adjust spiciness with more or less chili paste as per preference.
