  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese for garnishing
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook orzo pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped artichoke hearts, fresh spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the cooked orzo until well mixed.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and the dish is heated through.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy your comforting meal!

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is softened to blend easily with the other ingredients. Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor. For a bit of spice, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the mix. This dish is best served warm. Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs if desired.
