Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
- Place chicken thighs in a dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil and arrange the marinated chicken thighs in the dish.
Cooking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and the skin is crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate for longer, preferably a few hours or overnight. Broil the chicken for a few minutes at the end of baking for extra crispiness. You can also add chopped green onions or sesame seeds as a garnish before serving. If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
