  • 200 g noodles (e.g., egg noodles, rice noodles) Cook according to package instructions
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Green onions, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, and cornstarch to create the sauce.
  3. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. In a pan over medium-high heat, add a bit of oil and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through.
  2. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the pan and cook for a couple of minutes until the sauce thickens.
  3. Toss the cooked noodles with the chicken and sauce until well combined.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Make sure to chop the chicken into equal-sized pieces for even cooking. You can customize this recipe by using different proteins like shrimp or tofu.
