  • 1 lb Chicken breast Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz Noodles Any type of noodles, e.g., rice noodles
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce Adjust amount for desired saltiness
  • 2 tbsp Honey Adjust amount for desired sweetness
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Minced
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil For sautéing
  • 2 stalks Green onions Sliced for garnish
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds For garnishing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and honey, mixing well to coat the chicken.
  5. Add noodles and enough water to cook them, stirring to combine.
  6. Simmer until noodles are cooked and coated in the sauce.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the microwave or stovetop with a splash of water to loosen the noodles. For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with tofu or more vegetables.
