Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or prepare your slow cooker according to its instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the seasoning mixture.
Cooking
  1. For grilling, place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  2. For slow cooking, place chicken breasts in the slow cooker, add herbs and lemon juice if desired, and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Serving
  1. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  2. Serve warm or let cool and store for meal prep.

Notes

Marinate the chicken in the seasoning mixture for a few hours or overnight for more flavor. Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C). Let the chicken rest after cooking to keep it juicy and tender.
