Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
Cooking
  1. For grilling, cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  2. For baking, place in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  3. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  4. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

To store leftover tender chicken, let it cool down to room temperature. Place it in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. You can also freeze it for up to 3 months. Use a meat thermometer to check if the chicken is cooked through; it should reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
