Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Core the apples and place them in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and brown sugar.
  4. Fill each apple with the cinnamon-sugar mixture and top with small pieces of butter.
Baking
