Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Shred the BBQ chicken and mix it with chopped onion and cilantro.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
Assembly
- On the bottom half of the rolls, layer the BBQ chicken mixture and top with slices of Gouda cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls on and brush the garlic-herb butter on top.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
