Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
- Stir in curry powder and ground chicken, cooking until chicken is browned.
- Add soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Serve with a dipping sauce like sweet chili sauce or yogurt sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
