Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups Shredded chicken
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 tbsp Herbs (e.g., parsley, chives) Fresh, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste
Wrappers and Sauce
  • 8 sheets Crepini wraps
  • 1 cup Cream or a creamy sauce For pouring over the rolls
  • 1 cup Cheese (optional, for topping) Shredded or sliced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Take a Crepini wrap and place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center. Roll it up tightly.
  4. Place the rolled Crepini in a baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix cream with a pinch of salt and pepper, then pour it over the Crepini rolls.
  6. Top with cheese if desired.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the rolls are heated through and the sauce is bubbly.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, straight from the oven, on their own or with a side salad.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes until warmed through.
