  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can use other types of cheese for variation.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Half-and-half can be used as a lighter option.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a crockpot, combine the cooked ground beef, diced potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, and beef broth.
Cooking
  1. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the vegetables are tender.
  2. Stir in the heavy cream and cheddar cheese.
  3. Season with salt and pepper before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with additional toppings like shredded cheese, croutons, or fresh herbs. Pairs well with crusty bread or a side salad. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or frozen for 2-3 months.
