Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, combine heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the crockpot.
  6. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the crockpot, stir to combine and let it cook for an additional 10 minutes on low.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.

Notes

For additional flavor, marinate the chicken in garlic or Italian seasoning before cooking. You can add vegetables like spinach or broccoli during the last 10 minutes of cooking for a healthier option.
