Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, chicken broth, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Add chopped vegetables on top of the chicken.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with forks and stir to combine with the sauce and vegetables.
Serving
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can also freeze the chicken for up to 3 months. Reheat until warm before serving.
