Cooking the Steak
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness, about 4-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Cooking the Potatoes
- In the same skillet, add the olive oil and baby potatoes. Season with herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the potatoes until crispy and tender, about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Finishing the Dish
- Return the steak bites to the skillet, add the remaining butter, and toss everything together to coat.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
Notes
Make sure to cut the steak into even bite-sized pieces for uniform cooking. Adjust the seasoning to your taste; you can add more garlic or herbs as desired. If you like your steak well done, cook it a bit longer in the skillet. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
