Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Optionally, spread ketchup on top of the meatloaf for added flavor.
Cooking
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until cooked through and the temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes, green beans, or your favorite salad. For extra flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to three months.
