Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add garlic and bell pepper, and sauté until they are tender.
  4. In a small bowl, mix honey and soy sauce, then pour over the chicken. Stir to coat.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.

Notes
