Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- In a large ovenproof skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and sear until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
- Add thyme, rosemary, and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
Serving
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
