  • 8 ounces Ramen noodles
  • 1 pound Chicken breasts, diced Cut into small, even pieces for even cooking.
  • 1 cup Cream or cream cheese If using cream cheese, soften it first for easier mixing.
  • 4 cups Chicken broth Low-sodium chicken broth can be used to reduce salt content.
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced Feel free to add more vegetables based on your preferences.
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 cup Corn, frozen or fresh
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil or butter Choose based on preference.

  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Stir in the chicken broth, soy sauce, and ramen noodles.
  5. Allow to simmer until noodles are cooked through.
  6. Stir in the cream and any additional vegetables like mushrooms, spinach, or corn.
  7. Cook until everything is heated through and creamy.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your one-pan meal!

Notes

To serve, ladle the creamy noodles and chicken into bowls. Garnish with green onions or chili flakes for extra flavor. Great on its own or with a side of crispy bread or a simple salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 days. Reheat in a pan or microwave, adding a splash of chicken broth if necessary.
