Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cooking oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt.
- Take a tortilla and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on it.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Add about four slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and place it seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas.
Baking
- Brush the tops of the roll-ups with the oil mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
Serve Pizza Roll Ups hot from the oven with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping. You can customize the filling according to your taste by adding vegetables, or other meats. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.
